• Location: Hybrid model - 2 day per week in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days

What will keep you busy during the day:

• Leading day-to-day collaboration with a key client – building a trusted partnership, understanding their business goals, and being their go-to person at VML Poland.
• Running complex 360° projects from brief to delivery – translating client needs into clear briefs, coordinating strategy, creative, media and ensuring high-quality output.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver effective, innovative work on time and on budget, making sure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations – project updates, strategic recommendations, and campaign results for stakeholders at different seniority levels.
• Managing scopes, budgets, and timelines, including negotiations and ongoing optimization to ensure campaigns are both impactful and financially sound.
• Spotting growth opportunities within the existing client relationship and working with the team to expand the scope of collaboration.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include:

• Proven experience in a marketing or advertising agency, aligned with the role you're applying for (Account Manager / Senior Account Manager), with strong client service and project leadership background.
• Experience working on complex 360° campaigns
• Very good command of English (minimum B2, C1 preferred) – essential for working with global clients and within VML's international environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to clearly explain ideas, influence decisions, and build trust with clients and internal teams.
• Proactivity, independence, and ownership mindset – you take responsibility, anticipate challenges, and move things forward without being asked twice.
• Excellent collaboration skills and team-player attitude, crucial in a cross-functional and international setup.
• Good understanding of the marketing landscape, including current trends, tools, and delivery models.
• Native-level Polish – essential for smooth communication with local teams and stakeholders.
