We are seeking an Administrative Support for our Finance Team for the period od 3 months.

What you will do:

• System LN data maintenance
• Support in TAX documentation collection
• Updating business partners
• Support in organizing contracts
• Support in standardizing folders in the accounts department
• Support in managing email boxes

What we are looking for:

• Willingness to investigate discrepancies; curiosity
• Willingness to understand the business
• Willingness to make improvements and valuable changes to processes
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments
• Responsibility and accountability in meeting deadlines and delivering good quality data
• Knowledge of MsOffice tools
• Fluent Polish, communicative English
