We are hiring a Specjalista ds. Raportowania for our office in Warsaw

Location: Warsaw


Your Responsibilities

  • Preparing reports for the client and for internal HAVI purposes
  • Environmental reporting (EUDR, SUP, Green Dot, etc.)
  • Handling exports outside the EU
  • Managing the sample ordering process
  • Managing disposal requests and releases to Food Banks
  • Managing the product database
  • Supporting the process of implementing and updating product prices

Our Requirements

  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and Power BI)
  • English proficiency in speaking and writing (min. B1/B2)
  • Analytical thinking and data analysis skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Experience in inventory planning and procurement in the FMCG sector is an advantage
