YOUR MISSION

You are accountable for the growth and development of your category at country & key customers level. You identify & leverage growth opportunities in collaboration with our retailer partners through deep market analysis and actionable category insights. You drive & leverage all RGM levers to fuel growth in your category.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CASCADE THE CATEGORY GROWTH STRATEGY AT LOCAL MARKET & RETAILER LEVEL

• Following PL-BL HUB Strategy, You define plan for category growth at local market and top tier retailer’s level.
• Build locally relevant Category Growth story and support in joint business plans with top tier clients.

LEAD CATEGORY DEVELOPMENT AT LOCAL & RETAILER LEVEL:

• Analyze Category Performance (Sell-Out O+O) and gather local Category Shopper & Retailer Insights on monthly & weekly basis.
• Identify assortment gaps and opportunities (white spaces, listings) within market, define listing targets.
• Define listing targets and map category development needs for top tier retailers.
• Data collection & Shopper Analysis of their category.
• Preparation of the content for the 'Category Story’.
• Support in the development projects of their category.

VALUE CREATION & BUSINESS MODEL OPTIMIZATION

• Responsible for local market RGM projects (pricing, promo policies, conjoints)

YOUR MAIN KPI’s

• Sell-in / Sell-out performance at category/client level.
• Assortment development (gains) and delivering key category projects.
• Customer Contribution.

YOU'RE THE PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:

• Previous experience in FMCG business.
• Years of experience in preparing market analysis and strategic recommendations for category development.
• Experience in preparing strategic insights based on shopper data analysis.
• Ability to work with multiple tasks in fast moving business environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Interest and knowledge about makeup trends will be a plus.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
