Our client is an international technology and industrial group specializing in areas such as surface engineering, protective coatings, and advanced materials and solutions for industry.We are looking for a Manager with experience in leading a large operational team—approximately 45 people, including Team Leaders. The ideal candidate will be highly focused on achieving goals, monitoring KPIs, and improving process efficiency.

• Lead, develop, motivate, and coach the AP team, including hiring, performance evaluation, feedback, and capability development.

• Supervise AP operations to ensure service delivery in line with expected quality, efficiency, and timelines.

• Plan resources and workload to ensure effective capacity management and business continuity.

• Own end-to-end AP processes and drive standardization, automation, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain effective relationships and communication with local organizations and act as an escalation point when required.

• Provide AP process expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards and effective resolution of process-related issues.

• Define and ensure achievement of AP KPIs related to productivity, process efficiency, quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

• Delegate responsibilities effectively to AP Team Leads and team members, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and delivery of team and organizational targets.

• Enhance operational procedures, systems, and controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local requirements.

• Resolve operational issues and team-related matters in a timely and professional manner.

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Proven experience in AP operations / P2P processes, preferably in a Shared Service Center environment

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience, including team management responsibilities in a similar role

• Good knowledge of AP processes, controls, and accounting principles

• Experience with SAP required; knowledge of Basware and Concur would be an advantage

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
