Offer description

New clothing warehouse.
Work in comfortable conditions, standing, without requiring any special skills. Order picking is a process of collecting clothes that are already packed and placed on the shelves. Order picking is done using a scanner that supports multiple languages and includes preparing items for subsequent transportation. All processes have established standards. The training duration is only 1 day.

Benefits: On the warehouse premises, there is a cafeteria with a refrigerator, as well as vending machines with drinks and snacks.
On days like Black Friday, Christmas, etc., the rate is increased by 1 złoty. There is a bonus system for exceeding the norm.

Responsibilities: (Ask the recruiter Awards Rules)
  • sorting goods for customer shipment;
  • placing clothing (after returns) on shelves;
  • packaging and assembling clothing according to orders (items purchased on the website);
  • working with a scanner (with graphical symbols);
  • maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace;
  • minimum norms:
Performance criteria for new employees:
First day: efficiency standard 50%;
Second day: efficiency standard 70%;
Third day: efficiency standard 90%;
Fourth day: efficiency standard 100%.
Travel allowance: 100 złoty per month. This allowance is available only to employees residing in their own housing and does not include accommodation expenses.

What you must not bring with you to the operational area:
food and sweets, wallets and coins, caps, keys, cosmetics, electronics and telephones, opaque water bottles/thermoses, lighters and matches, E-cigarettes, medicines, jewelry, watches and wristbands, Sunglasses, straps with a metal buckle, piercing.
