• 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment is a plus

• Ability to adjust to hybrid working (onsite with peers and colleagues and remotely with client teams)

• Provide administrative support to our client teams based in Switzerland

• Allocate the electronic incoming Mail in our internal Tools

• Support with sending Swiss Tax Questionnaires

• Track and request Deadline Extensions

• File Power of Attorneys with Swiss Tax Authorities

• Monitor functional mailboxes and ensure replies to internal and external requests are sent within agreed KPIs

• Independently prepare excel based reports and for a pre-analysis of data to show areas that need action

• Financial reporting and invoicing based on data pulled from various tools

• Arrange meetings with clients and/or within the KPMG network
