Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure the efficient and timely unloading and loading of linehaul operations at the depot.
• Ensure accurate and on-time sorting of shipments assigned to courier delivery routes.
• Handle damaged parcels in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate and communicate actively with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.

This is the right job for you if:

• Posiadają min. 2 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w magazynie lub firmie kurierskiej
• Posiadają umiejętność delegowania zadań, planowania i organizacji pracy
• Znają pakiet MS Office
• Znają przepisy z zakresu BHP i PPOŻ
• Wyróżniają się komunikatywnością i lubią współpracować z innymi
• na co dzień pracujemy zespołowo
• Charakteryzują się umiejętnością samodzielnego i szybkiego podejmowania decyzji
• Cechują się wysoką kulturą osobistą
• Są otwarte na pracę zmianową
