Are you passionate about gaming, entertainment and storytelling? Do you thrive on creating impactful campaigns, building strong media relationships and bringing unforgettable brand moments to life?

As our Marketing & PR Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the PlayStation brand in Poland. Working closely with local, regional and global teams, you'll execute engaging PR and marketing initiatives, develop strategic partnerships and deliver memorable events that connect players with the PlayStation universe.


Your Responsibilities

  • Execute PR and marketing activities supporting PlayStation hardware, software, services and brand campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, content creators and PR partners across Poland.
  • Develop and execute local communication plans aligned with global brand strategies.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships and experiential activations.
  • Coordinate press events, product launches and community-focused initiatives together with external agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, media coverage and consumer sentiment, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the localization and adaptation of marketing assets for the Polish market.
  • Manage budgets, agency coordination and administrative processes to ensure efficient campaign execution.

Your Profile

  • Experience in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications.
  • Well-established network within the Polish media landscape is a strong advantage.
  • Experience organizing events, partnerships or marketing activations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Passion for gaming, entertainment and digital culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
