People Development & Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a person who combines ease in working with people with strong organizational skills and the ability to bring projects to completion. This role is for someone who can confidently facilitate workshops or employee meetings while also managing schedules, vendor cooperation, event organization, and all the details required to deliver projects at a high standard.
You will be responsible for:
- Organization of development initiatives for employees and managers – as an IT company, we strongly focus on continuous employee development. We have Individual Development Budgets initiated by employees, but we also organize company-wide training programs centrally.
- Supporting employees and managers in selecting development methods – we are looking for someone who can properly identify development needs and recommend the most suitable solutions and initiatives to address them.
- Cooperation with training companies and development service providers – your responsibilities will include identifying the right partners, comparing offers, coordinating cooperation from start to finish, and ensuring high quality of delivered initiatives.
- Facilitating internal meetings and workshops – we are looking for someone who is comfortable with public speaking and able to run meetings, short workshops, or employee sessions in an engaging and approachable way.
- Co-creating initiatives supporting organizational culture and company values – in all our employee surveys so far, we have received very high scores in the areas of atmosphere and collaboration. We want to maintain this by running initiatives that strengthen relationships and reinforce our values. Your role will include looking for best practices and proposing ideas in this area.
- Co-organizing employee integration events – we already have an Event Manager and an informal cross-department “organizing committee,” but we are still missing someone who can bring a stronger HR and facilitation perspective into these initiatives.
- Coordinating wellbeing initiatives – we want to continue developing initiatives supporting employee wellbeing, including health and everyday work comfort.
- Supporting HR projects across the organization – this role is for someone who enjoys variety and works well in a dynamic environment. There is always a lot happening in HR, and we often run multiple initiatives in parallel.
What you will need:
- At least 3 years of HR experience in the areas of Learning & Development or Employee Engagement – we are looking for someone who has already independently organized development and engagement initiatives for employees. We believe an HR background is essential (event organization alone is not enough).
- Very good command of English – we operate in an international environment, so confidence in communication, as well as facilitating meetings and presentations in English, is very important.
- Ease in working with groups and facilitating workshops – it is important that you feel comfortable working with people and can create an engaging atmosphere during meetings and workshops. Basic facilitation/training skills are essential.
- Energy and initiative in proposing new solutions – we appreciate people who bring ideas, look for inspiration, take initiative, and are able to turn concepts into concrete actions.
- Operational effectiveness and very good organizational skills – this role combines creativity with a high level of coordination and organization. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage multiple topics at the same time and pay attention to details.
- Responsibility, independence, and strong work ethic – we will support and onboard you, but we are looking for someone who can organize their work well and take ownership of their responsibilities.
- Relationship-building skills and maturity in cooperation – in this role, you will work closely with many people and departments, so openness, flexibility, kindness, and a positive attitude toward people are very important.
What will be considered an additional advantage?
- Experience working in technology companies – this is something we can teach you, but if you already understand the realities of working in IT and have built development processes in this environment, onboarding will be faster.
- Completion of a train-the-trainer program or facilitation school – this is not a formal requirement, but such preparation is definitely a strong foundation for understanding development processes and the L&D market.
