Contact Center Team Leader
As a Contact Center Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of customer service advisors to achieve performance targets, maintain service quality, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will act as the link between advisors and management, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting employee development and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience handling customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email.
- Strong knowledge of call center operations and customer service processes.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts, coach, and support employee development.
- Strong planning and time management skills, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and reports to drive improvements.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and lead in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to drive team performance and achieve business goals.
Nice to have
- Previous proven experience as a CC team leader
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining SLAs and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Achieve set operational goals, including maintaining SLAs and KPIs
- Handle managerial call-backs and customer escalations (including DSATs), ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Mentor, coach, and support team members in daily tasks and professional growth.
- Provide guidance on technical and procedural queries, ensuring effective use of training and knowledge bases.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through floor-walking, knowledge sharing, and document updates.
- Contribute to efficiency by reducing waste and unnecessary effort.
- Support recruitment activities, including interviews, onboarding, and team integration.
- Conduct language assessments for new candidates.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, client requirements, and external regulations.
- Promote a culture of mutual respect and professionalism.
- Monitor and ensure completion of all mandatory training on the e-learning portal.
Shifts information
- Shifts are available on Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday-Thursday, between 7:00 and 20:00 depending on the 8h shift and rotation with the other Team Leads

- Salary forks on contract of employment (UoP) are 8 000-10 500pln gross + quarterly performance based bonus up to 3 000pln gross

If you are applying for the full-time employment:
a. the scope of personal data regulated by the provisions of the Labour Code (Article 221 of the Act of the 26 June 1974 Labour Code and Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 10th December 2018 on employee documentation) will be processed for the purpose of the ongoing recruitment process on the basis of Article 221 § 1 pt. 4 – 6 of Labour Code in conjunction with Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR, and in the case of data specified in Article 221 § 1 pt. 1 – 3 of Labour Code, in conjunction with Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR.
