Salary
2300 PLN to 2650 PLN a month (net) depending on previous experience within the IH network. Accommodation and utilities are also covered by the school.

Essential Requirements

  • You must have a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification
  • You must have full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8

Job Description

The Role:
We offer a full-time contract with a guaranteed monthly salary.

You will teach 24 hours per week (1 teaching hour = 50 minutes) across a diverse range of classes, including one-to-one, Cambridge exam preparation, and corporate classes. Our teaching schedule covers various age groups and proficiency levels, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience.

We provide transport to any off-site classes and count travel time towards your teaching hours.

Other Benefits

Flights: One return flight to Poland from within Europe to the value of approximately 400PLN each way (or equivalent contribution towards a flight from outside Europe). The refund for your flight to Poland is on arrival, with the return leg refunded on completion of the contract.

Accommodation: Accommodation provided in 2-bed, fully-equipped flat close to the school which you will share with another teacher. Utilities are also covered.

Holiday: Regular, fully-paid holidays throughout the year, including: two weeks for Christmas/New Year, two weeks for Ferie in late February, Easter and other national holidays. Approximately two weeks pro-rata holiday pay is also paid at the end of the contract.
