Job Description

  • Day-to-day cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from international Material and Processes teams, PSE, Customer Support, Design, Technology and Quality teams at various stages of the Safran Aircraft Engines product lifecycle – development & aftermarket, in service & MRO.
  • Formal responding to Customer Queries to very tight schedules, eg. Aircraft on Ground
-Preparation of lifecycle engine documentation for Engine Manuals, Aircraft -Maintenance Manuals (change management, internal approval process, action plans management)
  • Developing contacts with other SAFRAN entities to improve and integrate the best practices
  • Promote lean, continuous improvement, quality, safety and customer orientation within the organization

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of aero engine lifecycle, processes and/or related documentation
  • Understanding of aircraft engine structure and principles
  • Master in technical fields
  • Experience as Customer Support, Repair, or Materials & Processes Engineer (or similar) will be a valuable asset
  • Analytical mind set with quality orientation and ability to work under pressure / tight schedules
  • Teamwork, self-motivation, ‘can-do' attitude and decision-making skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop
  • Language: English, B2
