• Maintain, create, and validate central master data within the Business Partner and Finance data domains, ensuring compliance with MDM processes, governance standards, and rulebooks
• Serve as the primary contact person for business departments regarding operationally managed master data and related data quality topics.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other business functions to ensure accurate and timely master data maintenance.
• Act as a key user for the MDM systems and tools used within the organization.
• Provide 2nd level support for MDM processes, systems, and end users with a strong customer- and service-oriented approach.
• Support data governance initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of master data processes, controls, and documentation.
• Propose process, service, and system improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
• Participate in testing of new releases, enhancements, and functionalities related to master data management systems.
• Contribute to projects involving data migration, harmonization, and master data standardization.

• Relevant professional experience in Master Data Management, Data Operations, Finance Master Data, or comparable areas.
• Good understanding of Business Partner and Finance master data objects, their lifecycle, and their business relevance.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple business functions.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and structured working style with strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience working with SAP systems is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional and international teams.
• Required language skills: Minimum national language level B2, minimum English level B2.
