Role overview:

As a Customer Service Representative fluent in French and English, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. This is a non-technical role focused on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and supporting customer needs with empathy and efficiency.

What you will do:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both French and English
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Uphold company standards and service guidelines in every interaction
  • Identify and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve service quality

Who you are :
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Experienced in customer service or a similar client-facing role
  • Familiar with basic computer systems and willing to learn new tools is a must
  • Preferred past experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Calm under pressure and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
