JOIN OUR TEAM

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Working Student / Data Analyst Intern to join our Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience working with real business data while developing their analytical and technical skills. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations team to analyze data, monitor key business metrics, and support process improvements through data-driven insights. If you enjoy solving problems, working with numbers, and turning data into actionable recommendations, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Extract, prepare, and analyze data using SQL
• Create, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports while ensuring data accuracy and high reporting quality
• Analyze inventory levels, stock movements, and product rotation
• Investigate discrepancies between operational systems (e.g., WMS, Fluent, and other business systems)
• Support the Operations team with ad hoc analyses and reporting requests
• Optimize reporting processes and maintain clear documentation
• Propose data-driven solutions to improve operational performance and business processes

YOU COME WITH

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage
• Very good Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams
• Good communication skills
• Fluent Polish and communicative English
