Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our operations team. You will be responsible for the physical movement, storage, and organization of inventory. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, verify quantities against purchase orders, and label/put away products in designated locations.
  • Material Handling: Load and unload delivery trucks using manual labor and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts).
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages during handling and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies regarding equipment usage, lifting techniques, and hazardous materials.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area to ensure safety and efficiency (participate in 5S/Sort-Set-Shine practices).
  • Cycle Counts: Assist with periodic physical inventory counts to ensure system accuracy.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) if licensed/certified (or willingness to learn).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or labor-intensive role (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs repeatedly; up to 75 lbs occasionally).
  • Math Skills: Basic arithmetic skills to count inventory and read labels/order sheets.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy (scanning guns, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems experience is a plus).
  • Attendance: Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to punctuality and regular attendance.

Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus)

  • Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain one).
  • Experience with RF Scanners or Voice Picking systems.
  • Knowledge of First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory methods.

Physical Demands

  • Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
  • Continuous standing, walking, and reaching.
  • Working in a non-climate-controlled environment (may be hot in summer/cold in winter).
  • Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (e.g., steel-toe boots, safety vests, gloves).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 5,083.33zł - 8,489.14zł per month
