Our freeze-dried haskap products are sold directly to consumers and supplied to food, beverage and supplement companies throughout Europe and internationally. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable person in Kraków to support our sample fulfilment activities.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and dependable person to store a small quantity of Haskapa products at home and prepare sample shipments for customers and business partners.

This is a flexible, home-based position that would suit someone looking for a few hours of work each week alongside other family or work commitments.

Responsibilities

• Store a small quantity of Haskapa products in a clean, dry location at home.
• Prepare and package customer and business samples.
• Arrange shipments using courier services or the Polish postal service.
• Receive occasional deliveries of stock.
• Maintain a simple stock inventory.
• Notify the team when stock levels need replenishing.
• Ensure all sample orders are dispatched promptly and accurately.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Well organised and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Based in or close to Kraków.
• Able to communicate well in English (the team is in UK)
• Comfortable using email and simple spreadsheets.
• Has a small amount of space at home to store several boxes of products.

Experience in logistics or fulfilment is helpful but not essential.

What We Offer

• Flexible working hours (approximately 2–5 hours per week initially).
• Work from home.
• 43 to 45 PLN per hour (gross), depending on experience
• All postage and shipping costs reimbursed.
