Join a global environment where you will act as a trusted partner to two senior executives, primarily supporting the Chief Marketing Officer while also providing support to the Global VP Quality. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance — it is about creating structure in ambiguity, staying ahead of shifting priorities, and enabling senior leaders to operate at their best in a fast-moving international setting.

What you will do

• Manage complex and dynamic executive calendars across time zones, anticipating conflicts and planning weeks ahead
• Coordinate high-level meetings, leadership forums, agendas, materials and follow-ups in close collaboration with key stakeholders and leadership teams
• Anticipate upcoming priorities, proactively identify risks or overlaps, and take action with limited guidance
• Support global travel planning, logistics and scheduling in a highly responsive, fast-paced environment
• Drive seamless executive support through strong prioritization, quick turnaround times and exceptional attention to detail
• Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, quality and R&D on coordination of strategic activities and projects
• Enable senior leaders to focus on critical priorities by creating structure, improving ways of working and handling day-to-day complexity independently
• Contribute beyond executive support by taking ownership of additional projects and broader business topics as the role evolves.

What you bring

Experience

• Bring 3+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a complex, global organization
• Demonstrate experience managing multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities and high levels of complexity
• Operate effectively in fast-moving environments where ambiguity, speed and responsiveness are part of daily work
• Coordinate senior-level calendars, international travel and executive communications with precision and discretion
• Apply strong planning and alignment skills to ensure accountability and flawless execution
• Work confidently across global, matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.

Compensation

PLN 132,000 – 190,000 gross annual total package (equivalent to approximately PLN 11,000 – 15,833 gross monthly total package), depending on experience and qualifications.
