Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain accurate and detailed job descriptions for all positions within the organization,
• Work closely with department heads, HR managers, and other key stakeholders to understand job requirements,
• Ensure job descriptions are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with related services, subprocesses, KPIs, legal and organizational standards,
• Standardize job descriptions across the organization and manage the job description database,
• Provide training and support to managers and HR representatives on how to develop and update job descriptions,
• Lead projects related to job description updates and initiatives, ensuring timely completion,
• Communicate changes effectively.

Requirements for Candidate

• Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position,
• Fluent English proficiency,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
• Diligence, attention to details and digital acumen,
• Ability to plan and manage work,
• Experience in working in an international environment.
