• Experience in customer service-related roles

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients in AR or other Finance & Accounting (F&A) areas

• Spanish language proficiency at C1/C2 level

• English proficiency at C1 level (required for client communication)

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• High level of self-organization

• Strong communication skills

• Teamwork skills and a problem-solving mindset

• Handling phone contact in Spanish (answering calls, emails, and customer inquiries)

• Performing cash collection activities – following up with customers and managing open items

• Supporting the AR team in maintaining payment processes

• Communicating and maintaining professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities

• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

• Ongoing email communication in Spanish and English
