We’re excited to be growing our local Finance team and looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable Accountant to join us in Wrocław, Poland.

This is a key role supporting the end-to-end AP & AR processes, ensuring accuracy, strong financial controls and full compliance with Polish VAT regulations and KSeF e-invoicing requirements, while playing an important part in transitioning our finance operations in-house.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing AP and AR processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with Polish tax and invoicing regulations
• Supporting KSeF implementation and ongoing processes
• Handling reconciliations, cash allocation and payment runs
• Driving credit control and supporting overdue balance management
• Contributing to month-end close and reporting activities
• Working closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in AP, AR or transactional finance
• Strong knowledge of Polish VAT and invoicing requirements
• Familiarity with KSeF (or exposure to e-invoicing processes)
• Experience in a multi-entity or international environment (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience (Business Central is a plus)
• Fluent Polish and English
