Job Purpose and Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solutions Sales Professional to be a hands-on salesperson. An ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has healthcare practice management solutions, and is driven to meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process with prospects to position WRS Health’s capabilities using a consultative/solution-selling approach.
  • Regularly participate with the sales qualification group in discovery and solution demonstration meetings; and lead sales-related discussions with prospective clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
  • Actively engage with network contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups, and related Centers of Influence to create interest.
  • Track sales-related discussions and next steps with prospective customers in CRM.
  • Optimize the sales process and experience from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the consumer market, usage patterns, and overall competitive landscape

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in the healthcare solutions sales market of meeting and/or exceeding business targets
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment
  • Proven expertise in the entire sales process, from initial engagement to closing deals
  • Knowledge of using social media platforms and modern tools for customer acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required, and must have experience as a solutions sales professional

Location: Remote

Hours: Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)
