Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct trainings on Viseven's solution for the client
  • Working with multiple departments and product teams, and liaising with them about Customers' needs to deliver the training plan timely and successfully
  • Learning materials creation and update (Training scripts, presentations, User Guides, video and Product tours scripts, Articulate exercises, quizzes)
  • Communicating with internal and external customers to support their queries
  • Co-create and define with the program manager and the client the learning curriculum for end-users
  • Collaborate with the program manager to continuously follow up/ update all learning resources available for the end users
  • Establish a solid communication channel with different customers to guide them during their experience
  • Collect feedback from the learning process and build on make it better timely

Requirements:

  • Experience of online training sessions at least a year.
  • Recommended: experience in software training and customer onboarding
  • Recommended: acquaintance with pharma business and work of medical representatives
  • Recommended: experience in Veeva and/or Salesforce CRM (optional)
  • Proactive life position and desire to constantly learn and develop.
  • Team player who is able to create and maintain collaborative and inspiring work environment.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English both speaking and writing.
