Our client is looking for an Analyst to join their team. Searching for an Analyst with a solid working experience in IT industry. The right candidate should have an extensive experience in gathering requirements during business meetings, structuring and organizing information, experience in technical writing with demonstrable knowledge of software requirements gathering, building a scope of work, working with non-technical business users, presenting and getting buy-in\sign off on statements of work (SOW). The candidate should be driven by tasks, goals and deadlines. Looking for a person with strong abilities in coordinating meetings, resolving conflict, and building team trust.

Need a person with excellent English skills in both speaking and writing, including technical writing.

The client is looking for a person that would be happy to work remotely in the European time zone (CEST) as a member of the existing team. While the job offers 100% remote work opportunity and some time flexibility, there is a requirement to provide some an overlap to Pacific Time working hours (from 8:00 AM Pacific Time - till noon Pacific Time).

The company is a US-based manufacturer of innovative medical devices including high implantable contact lenses. They have a bunch of software products being developed by a few separate teams meant for eye and contact lenses precise measurements, contact lens design, engineering, manufacturing, inventory, sales and production.

100% remote full-time job, 12 months contract with a possibility for an extension and long term work for the right talent.

Hourly rate: 25-35 US Dollars (i.e. 100-140 Polish Zloty) / hour with a full time work (160 hours / month), B2B Contract.

Open to candidates who reside in Europe (must have a temporary / permanent residence in a country that belongs to both EU and NATO). Other nationalities are invited to apply as long as they live in a country that belongs to both EU and NATO.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills, with experience gathered as an analyst in IT industry; experience in gathering requirements, structuring and organizing information.
• Demonstrable experience in building a scope of work, working with non-technical business users, presenting and getting buy-in\sign off on statements of work (SOW).
• Strong experience in technical writing.
• Strong abilities in coordinating meetings, resolving conflict, and building team trust.
• Excellent command of English: both speaking and writing. Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with software development team. Being able to interview developers to understand technical challenges, and be able to translate these challenges to business users to resolve issues\conflict.
• Goal-oriented, driven by tasks, ability to deliver on deadlines.
• Having experience in medical device or medical regulated industry is a plus.
• Having experience with legal and regulatory approval is a plus.
• Having experience writing Creating Software Requirements Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Software Development Plans, Validation Protocols, especially in a corporative environment is a plus.
