Join Tate & Lyle Global Shared Service in Łódź (hybrid) as a People Services Specialist! It’s a great career chance for someone who has experience in Workday (or other ERP system), great communication skills and an eye for details.


How would your role look like?

You will be working within our People Services acting as a primary point of contact on Workday queries. You will be engaged in HR processes administration (database) with reporting support provided to the stakeholders.


You will
be responsible for:

  • Primary point of contact for Workday queries

  • Advisory service – responding to new starter/employee/manager queries

  • Providing system administration to the Workday system as needed and assigned

  • Support stakeholders in solving issues through Case Management system

  • Conduct testing and provide production support on an ongoing basis

  • Act as a techno-functional point of contact between other functional departments

  • Conducting system audits within Workday and other sources of data (until decommission)

  • Process automation involvement

  • Organizational Structure maintenance

  • Administration of bulk uploads for massive changes

  • Recruitment, On-boarding, Learning, Performance management process administrative support

  • HR/People Services internal knowledge database administration

  • Collaborating with the HRIS team to understand technical issues that needed resolving

  • Administration of bonus base and preparing bonus

  • Reporting management – creating various global reports

  • Active support provided to Leadership Team in terms of monthly and ad-hoc reporting

  • Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Development, standardization, harmonization, and improvement of end-to-end processes

  • Seeking opportunities for improving HR customers experience by seeking continuous improvement and contributing to a positive working atmosphere

  • Maintaining and building good relationships with stakeholders

  • Active participation in internal meetings/tele and video conferences with co-workers from business

  • Timely completion of other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

  • Continuous improvements to the systems and processes to ensure best practice, optimum effectiveness, and efficiency

  • Providing/Conducting Workday trainings


What do you need to become successful in this role?

  • Experience of data entry & processing using Workday or Success Factors or other ERP system

  • HR-systems related processes knowledge

  • Fluent English

  • Excel knowledge

  • Customer Service skills

  • Great teamwork and communication skills

  • SAP knowledge would be an asset

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in
Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT.
