Join our global team working on developing and maintaining the systems of one of our clients - a consumer goods manufacturer.

As a Veeva Administrator, you will play a key role in implementing the platform, ensuring that it is used effectively and in line with business requirements, and supporting sales, marketing, and operations activities.

• Implementing the platform from scratch and integrating it with 3 sources
• Configuring and customizing the Veeva platform to meet the needs of the organization
• Managing user accounts, controlling access to data, and granting appropriate permissions to users in the Veeva system
• Providing technical support to Veeva platform users, troubleshooting, and assisting with system functionality
• Monitoring the performance of the Veeva system, identifying areas for optimization, and making appropriate improvements
• Managing the upgrade process for the Veeva platform, including testing new features and implementing system updates

• University degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields
• Work experience in CRM systems administration, including work with Veeva Systems
• Familiarity with the Veeva platform and its modules, such as Veeva CRM, and Veeva Vault
• Analytical skills to solve technical problems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Good command of English

• Certifications related to Veeva Systems or related technologies
