We provide our user-friendly digital tools to leading contractors, sub-contractors, building owners and consultants in more than 145 countries. The success of our clients is the reason for our international leadership in innovation and development within the field of BIM technology. In recent years, we have become internationally as the developer of the world's fastest mobile BIM viewer and the first BIM-based augmented reality function for the construction industry.

Service-oriented, experienced, and ambitious character

We are looking for a motivated person, who wants to be actively involved in developing our business activities in Poland. We are looking for a technically skilled colleague who wants to drive digitization in the construction industry on a broad front and who is genuinely interested in providing our clients with an excellent Dalux experience.

Some of your daily responsibilities as Sales Executive will include:

  • Identify new potential customers, thoroughly understand their needs and match them with our high-end digital solutions
  • Confidently handle complex B2B software sales processes according to strategy and maintain strong relations with both new and existing Customers
  • Successfully implement Dalux software in the Customer’s organization and train their superusers – both online and at the construction site
  • Constantly deepen your practical skills in the use of our software to be able to continuously train our Customers’ superusers
  • Engage in various marketing activities such as attending conferences, planning of various Dalux user events, trade shows and seminars as well as conducting webinars focusing on Dalux products
  • Participate actively in our internal network at Dalux

The position requires some traveling, mainly in Poland and to Denmark.

Your background

You have a degree in construction, business development, or a related area. Proven and substantial B2B SaaS sales skills are essential as well as the ability to quickly gain deep knowledge of software solutions and train others in their use. Furthermore, we expect you to have thorough knowledge of the construction industry in Poland; having worked at a construction site is an additional advantage. You are native in Polish and fluent in English.
