As a Marketing Manager, you are passionate about absorbing business context and using that to make intelligent decisions that benefit the long-term value of the brand. In this position, you will be crafting and executing digital, social, and offline activations for the entertainment fans. The successful candidate will lead marketing campaigns with confidence, yet act selfless and stay inclusive.

You will create campaigns that drive conversations and resonate authentically with local audiences in the CEE region and set new standards for entertainment marketing. Key Responsibilities:
Building impactful strategy and positioning for our titles based on strong, locally relevant insights.
Leading regional campaigns across CEE markets to drive business growth, brand awareness, and fandom in CEE.
Position & launch Netflix local title campaigns to make them locally relevant and top of mind for our audience.
Partnership with local agencies and internal Netflix teams to develop integrated communication that delivers on intended impact.
Lead local extensions of global campaigns with creative and impactful media planning, working on special projects (stunts, content, digital innovation) that build love for the brand.
Managing campaign budgets, making financial decisions that reflect strategy and best Netflix interest.
Working closely with the Marketing Production, Publicity, Events and Content team - actively seeking for wins in cross-functional cooperation.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in 360 marketing in entertainment or similar fields across the CEE markets (experience in launching marketing campaigns in Romania or Czech Republic is a must).
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Fluency in languages like Romanian, Czech or Polish is a plus.
Outstanding ability in communication and argumentation.
Senior experience developing marketing campaigns from scratch including strategic positioning, key art development and video execution, audience identification, media strategy, and launch roadmaps.
Proven record of delivering outstanding and impactful marketing campaigns.
A curious creative and strategic mind, with experience in disruptive campaigns that generate social buzz across different audiences in CEE markets.
Ability to lead, create, and execute campaigns autonomously.
Strong and agile marketing leader with experience in high-performing cross functional teams, that tolerates ambiguity and shifting requirements.
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team.
Maturity and capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback.
You are a cultural ambassador, both advocating the local cultures existing within the CEE region as well as being a true Netflix culture example.
