Responsibilities

  • Lead End-to-End Transition Planning
    • Coordinate the entire transition lifecycle to ensure that business processes are migrated smoothly and according to the defined timeline.
  • Conduct Due Diligence Assessments
    • Gather and analyze detailed “as-is” process data, volumes, and roles from sending locations to build a comprehensive transition profile.
  • Develop and Own Project Plans
    • Create and maintain detailed transition project plans, defining deliverables, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress consistently.
  • Oversee Knowledge Transfer Activities
    • Collaborate with trainers to define knowledge transfer strategies, ensuring that all training sessions are planned, executed, and tracked effectively.
  • Ensure Process Documentation Completion
    • Facilitate the creation of essential documentation such as SOPs, process maps, SLAs, and ensure these are updated and accessible.
  • Manage Migration Execution
    • Supervise all phases of the process migration to guarantee a successful handover and operational readiness at the receiving site.
  • Facilitate Daily Communication
    • Act as the primary contact point for project updates, maintaining clear and continuous communication among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and Mitigate Transition Risks
    • Proactively identify potential risks to the transition and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders in both sending and receiving markets to ensure alignment and cooperation.
  • Drive Standardization Opportunities
    • Analyze transitioned processes for opportunities to standardize and streamline operations, aiming for long-term efficiency improvements.
  • Support Change Management Initiatives
    • Facilitate organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, and relocations, aligning transition goals with wider business transformation objectives.
  • Monitor Post-Transition Performance
    • Track the performance of transitioned processes post-migration to ensure operational stability and identify any follow-up actions required.

Requirements

  • Project Management Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Background in GBS/SSC/BPO/ITO
    • Proven experience working within Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Service Centers (SSC), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or IT Outsourcing (ITO) environments.
  • International Work Exposure
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international, multicultural, and matrix-driven organization, preferably in a professional services context.
  • Strong Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and manage cross-functional dialogue effectively.
  • Change Management Understanding
    • Solid grasp of change management concepts and the ability to address and manage resistance during business transformations.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability
    • Strong decision-making, analytical thinking, and multitasking capabilities, especially in high-pressure or dynamic project scenarios.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Skills
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels to drive project success.
  • Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills
    • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships within and across teams.
  • Presentation and Facilitation Skills
    • Confident public speaking and presentation skills for facilitating meetings, workshops, and executive-level updates.
  • Proactive and Self-Driven Attitude
    • Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset, taking initiative to resolve challenges and drive progress without constant supervision.
  • Organizational and Time Management
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), especially for reporting, presentations, and documentation.
