We are looking for a Field Account Manager Lab Products & Services (x|f|m) within our Sales Lab Products & Services team homebased in Southern-Poland, close to Wroclaw, Katowice or Krakow. In this role you will be responsible for proactively managing a range of accounts throughout the territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships. You will build up a strong understanding of the Lab Products and Services product range focusing on Laboratory Essentials. The team consists of three professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.

Support the teams in the matrix sales process to achieve sales goals
Manage an existing sales base and especially further develop existing and new customers in the field of R&D, quality control and production across various industry segments
Understand your customer’s processes and offer the best technical and economical solution
Achieve annual sales targets, develop a long-term pipeline for Sartorius and help expanding our brand value
Plan, organize and schedule customer visits for an effective account coverage
Maintain the CRM with relevant and up to date customer and sales opportunity information
Actively cooperate with individuals within other functions
What will convince us
University degree in Natural Sciences, Life Sciences or similar combined with extensive relevant working experience
Ideally, first experience in selling into the Laboratory segments
Ability to run sales processes for different type of products
Strong focus on customer needs, exceptional communication and networking skills and proven proficiency in Salesforce CRM
Fluent English and Polish language skills, both verbal and spoken
Willingness to travel (ca. 60%) within Southern-Poland
Self-motivated and goal oriented with the ability to think in new ways and manage changes
