Role Overview:


As a Junior Sales Executive at Madiff, you will play a crucial role in our outbound sales efforts, focusing on identifying and engaging potential international clients within fast-growing startups across various innovative sectors. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are dynamic, love interacting with customers, and are proficient in conducting outreach via phone, video calls, and email.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients in targeted sectors such as biotech, FintechAI, drone technology, IoT, and marketing tech.
  • Perform outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and video conferencing, to introduce Madiff’s services and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and engage in follow-up communications to nurture leads towards conversion.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions that align with Madiff’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and contribute to the overall business development goals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to adapt and innovate our outreach strategies.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.




Requirements

  • A highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and capable of engaging potential clients effectively.
  • A quick learner with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into compelling value propositions.
  • Previous experience in sales, especially within the tech industry, is beneficial but not essential.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
