Are you passionate about driving sales and building lasting client relationships? We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular visits, meetings to customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their specific requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion in the industrial and energy sector, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and maximize market potential
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Requirements:
  • Engineering bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar)
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the industrial equipment or machinery sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales effectively
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients on-site (minimum 3 days per week)
  • Fluency in Polish and good command of English
