Group Accounts Receivable Assistant
We are looking for a Groups Accounts Receivable Assistant to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Warsaw!
Job Purpose:
Manage financial tasks related to Group Reservations.
Key requirement:
- Be well organised and must have excellent communication skills (both written and telephone).
- Have the ability to work under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with the teams.
- Have a high level of attention to details and ability to multitask.
- Be available to undertake ad hoc duties.
- Have sufficient IT skills (PMS systems, CRM systems and Microsoft 365).
- Be fluent in English.
- Have the right to work in Poland.
- No experience required but motivation to learn and develop within the company.
More about the role:
· To Issue VAT invoices using Microsoft Dynamics.
· To issue credit notes, process refunds and reconcile commissions.
· To accurately allocate customer payments against open invoices on a daily basis.
· To review and process daily sales invoices to ensure accuracy of VAT coding and entry into the accounting software.
· Generate and distribute customer statements on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
· Ensure customer credit balances are maintained accurately on company systems.
· To chase clients for payments by telephone and email.
· Processing and generating reminder emails.
· Investigating and resolving queries relating to payments.
· To carry out the above duties whilst adhering to the parameters laid down by the Company.
· Processing of new account applications.
· Report, to relevant team members, clients who have breached payment terms.
· Liaise with the Commercial and Finance Teams to keep all involved informed of any potential problems with a client’s account.
· To build a good rapport with customers.
· Process Ayden/Stripe credit card payments and refunds when required.
· Please note this is an office-based role with flexibility required in terms of working hours, travel and holidays/weekend work.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Pattern: 5 days a week: Monday to Saturday (40h/week) 8h/day shift (+30min unpaid break) within 7am to 8pm.
