Your tasks
- As a Junior Technical Sales Engineer you will assume technical responsibility for complex customer projects in the pre- and post-sales phases for our product portfolio in the areas of Defense, Security, and Critical Infrastructure, as well as Services.
- Clarifying operational and technical requirements, as well as details, is also part of your area of responsibility, as is taking on system-relevant topics.
- You will actively work on the implementation of system installations at the customer's site or in the acceptance of projects.
- You will assist in product presentations and customer demonstrations (developing demo presentations and solution proposals), as well as represent Rohde & Schwarz at conferences and trade shows.
- In the various project phases, you will be responsible for creating development, product, and proof documents.
- Additionally, you will support sales in the creation of offers.
- You will be responsible for both internal development services and external deliveries
- You will have the opportunity to take on cross-country projects within the region or work on them.
- Close collaboration with various departments at the local and global level in interdisciplinary project teams in English

Your qualifications
- You have a practical experience in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology or Systems Technology or similar field.
- You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology or Systems Technology from a University of Applied Sciences, a Higher Technical School or similar educational background.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the product-relevant industry
- You have very good English language skills & Polish language skills at native level
- You are very familiar with the common MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel within Poland, and to our headquarters, and to our production sites in Germany
- You are an open-minded person with a passion for technology and an unbridled will to succeed
- Flexibility, professional demeanor, a strong sense of responsibility, and a love of challenges characterize you.
- You find creative, implementable solutions, have a hands-on approach, and work in a results-oriented manner.
