We are looking for Apps Partnerships Manager for Central Europe to join the Performance Sales Team in Warsaw, Poland, who will focus on growth, acquisition and ROI-driven advertisers accross Central European markets. This business will be a critical driver within TikTok’s Revenue Partnerships organization, and will focus on digital disruptor advertisers within Web & App Stores, B2C, B2B and C2C Marketplaces, E-Auctions, from Beauty, Cosmetics, Apparel, Personal Care, Leisure, Travel, Home Appliance and other such like performance-marketing driven verticals. As a member of this team, you are expected to drive consultative engagements with C-level and other level of executives that drive business growth, and will have the opportunity to grow with impact by developing scalable solutions that shape our overall performance marketing franchise.

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities by creating new partnerships with key businesses
  • Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions that tie to client business objectives
  • Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients on best practices
  • Create compelling sales plans and propositions utilizing consumer trends, market knowledge, and data-driven insights
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, and contribute to the development of thought leadership

Minimum qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the Apps ecosystem as well as experience working with Apps is key success to this role
  • Experience working with Apps & eCommerce clients or at an Apps & eCommerce organization
  • Experience in either a commercial role at a technology-driven company or management consultancy or specialised performance agency
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing
  • Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers
  • Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking
Preferred qualifications:
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to win the support of senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn quickly and keep up to date with industry and marketing-focused trends
  • Passion for TikTok, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
