PANDORA Global Business Services Organization (GBS) is part of the structures of the world's largest jewelry manufacturing and sales company, whose products help millions of people around the world express their feelings every day.
Our GBS team performs a wide range of financial processes beyond standard transaction processing. We strive to streamline all of our financial processes and continually enhance the support and services we provide to customers and business partners. We work closely with PANDORA's local management, business controllers, customer service departments throughout Europe and the Middle East, and with our colleagues in the global office in Copenhagen. Here in Warsaw, we are responsible for about 90% of all the company's financial and accounting transactions worldwide.

The role includes:
  • Define, develop and drive project roadmap for inventory improvements together with team
  • Actively participate in and lead specific improvement projects to secure correct controls are in place and covers the entire ERP landscape
  • Verify technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.
  • Create/maintain process end-to-end documentation (requirements, processes and procedures)
  • Participate in data clean up efforts to prepare for ERP implementation
  • Work collaboratively with team to design ERP system configuration activities including building, testing, validation, and documentation of system changes, bridging legacy process to the new system.
  • Analyze, model, and interpret large data set to test data migration.
  • Assist in identification of opportunities for implementation of new features or features not currently in use, make recommendations and work with end-users to implement features or changes to improve efficiencies and automation.
  • Close cooperation with RTR Accountants, Inventory Accountants and Financial Controllers, support in inventory related topics and conduct necessary training.
You'll be a perfect match, if you have:
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience working in the inventory accounting function (preferable from retail, fashion or FMCG industry)
  • Accounting or Finance eductional background
  • Experience with finance process improvement initiatives
  • Strong ERP (preferable Microsoft AX or SAP S/4HANA) knowledge related to the process
  • Fluent in English – verbally and written
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel or other Microsoft Office application would be an asset
  • Ability to effective communication and collaboration cross - functionally
  • Very good presentations skills
  • Team, stakeholders and actions oriented
