About Baltic PowerBaltic Power is an 1.1GW offshore wind farm project located in the Baltic Sea in Poland. The Project is Poland’s most advance offshore wind project, currently under construction with expected start of operations in June 2026. Once completed it will create sufficient energy to power over 1.5 million households.
The Baltic Power project is led by a joint venture between ORLEN Group and Northland Power, encompassing a diverse team of experts in offshore wind energy, engineering, environmental science, and project management. Right now, Baltic Power team includes approx. 160 experts from 16 different nationalities. Baltic Power is the biggest renewable investment under construction in Central Europe. The Project secured a €4.4bn non-recourse project financing package in September from a club of 25 lenders. The debt includes €3.6bn of term loan facilities and €800m of ancillary facilities. Baltic Power is a pioneering project in the offshore wind market in this part of Baltic Sea, being one of the first to use 15 MW turbines and low-emission steel. This project sets new environmental and efficiency standards, contributing substantially to the growth and innovation in the global wind energy sector.
What you will do:
As Project Finance Manager you will be part of the Finance Team (approx. 10 fte) and work closely
together with the current Project Finance Manager and colleagues from construction, legal, sponsor
teams to support the project financing processes with primary goal that the project has access to
and that it complies with the requirements under the loan facilities
Main responsibilities:
- Support the Project to ensure compliance to the non-recurse debt financing requirements and deliverables management;
- Budget monitoring, analysis and reporting;
- Lead cash flow forecasting and project funding needs;
- Set up and contribute to the monthly drawdown process;
- Prepare (input to) monthly reporting to Lenders and other stakeholders;
- Be the interface between construction team and Lenders;
- Support building relationships and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders (Lender group of commercial banks and Export Credit Agencies in particular);
- Support in treasury, accounting and tax implications of project finance;
- Support in maintaining and updating the financial model;
- Provide support to optimise the Business Case and returns for shareholders.

Skills and qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance or economics and a couple of years work experience
- Strong computer skills (i.e. proficiency in Excel, Word, Power point);
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, Polish is an asset;
- Basic understanding of financial aspects of complex infrastructure projects;
- Experience with Project Financing;
- Experience with LMA and hedging transactions is a plus;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to adapt and streamline processes when required.
- Present conclusions and recommendations in an efficient form / manner.
