A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist at MKS Atotech, you will collaborate closely with Procurement, Internal Teams, Cluster Heads, Vendors, and more to ensure accurate invoice processing, account reconciliation, and adherence to internal controls.

Reporting directly to Magdalena, our Accounts Payable (AP) Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient and compliant AP operations.


You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Executing timely and accurate payment proposals in accordance with the internal payment calendar.
  • Managing vendor payment reminders and addressing queries.
  • Analyzing and resolving issues related to returned and rejected payments.
  • Enhancing compliance with best practices to minimize fraud risks in processes.
  • Supporting the implementation of process and system changes and maintaining updated process documentation.
  • Monitoring and managing direct debits.
  • Assisting in the implementation and execution of internal financial and SOX controls.
  • Preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Supporting the integration of additional European legal entities into the AP processes.

Skills You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a multi-entity environment.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required; a good command of German is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal customers and external vendors.
  • A meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work, with an ability to document processes clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP.
  • A global perspective on accounting and business processes, particularly valuable if gained from other accounting firms.
