ABOUT THE JOB:

• As a Junior Project Manager/Engineer you will be responsible or support in industrial projects and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
• You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.
• You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
• The projects you will be involved in as a Junior Project Manager/Engineer comprise a variety of industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.

WHAT WE NEED:

• You have a Master's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Bio- or Civil engineering.
• A first experience in project environment is a plus.
• With your outstanding people and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams, which includes suppliers, users, maintenance staff, etc.
• You have a proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.
• You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You have an eye for detail and execute projects and tasks with precision.
• You are flexible to travel within a reasonable distance to the client.
• Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plusYou speak fluently
• Polish and English. Dutch and French are a plus.
