We are looking for a Financial Controller with French

Location: Warsaw
Work model: hybrid (2 days working from the office - Warsaw Spire building)

For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Market Group) business line we are looking for you as Financial Controller with French.

SCOPE:
France
FUNCTIONS
Financial controlling
Invoicing (Peoplesoft and other systems)
Intercompany coordination for internal Clients
Bad debt control and management with Clients – Aging
Independence letters for auditors
Opportunities management
CRM
Update Work in Hand
Reporting
KYC and Compliance
Company screening
Conflict checks and approval of fees
Client documents
Client Contract Management
Contracts signature management
Others
Support Valuation teams in administrative tasks, in France

Desired skills and experience for this job:
Good French (minimum B2 and good English proficiency (minimum B2).
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative/financial tasks.
Excellent communication skill is required for the role in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
Previous working experience in the real estate or BPO industry is not required but will be an advantage.
Experience in invoicing will be also appreciated.
Should be proficient in MS Excel
Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis
A good eye for detail
