The team and the role:

Hi! We’re Airly and we are on the lookout for Head of Marketing to join our Team. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand and driving our marketing efforts to new heights. We are seeking a visionary leader who is passionate about making a positive impact on society and has a proven track record of success in the marketing field.


  • Defines and manages marketing budget.
  • Defines, builds, and manages inbound marketing strategy.
  • Builds and manages content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, guides, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Creates, manages, and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social media channels, inbound marketing, outbound marketing, ABM, email, and events to drive customer acquisition.
  • Self-starter.
  • Defines and implements marketing automation and leads nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Creates monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations, and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Builds and executes inbound email strategies and campaigns.
  • Sets up, tests, and launches emails and automated nurturing campaigns.
  • Builds and grows predictable and high-quality website traffic and leads from inbound campaigns.
  • Plans, writes, executes, and optimizes monthly newsletters, and other send-offs.
  • Manages content distribution in online channels and grows Airly presence, community, and social traffic by developing a social media strategy and managing the Airly social media channels on a daily basis (Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Develops relationships with media, partners, customers, and thought leaders to gain use cases, success stories, backlinks, and social media mentions, and turns them into engaging content.
  • Develops and executes strategies to promote Airly whitepapers, webinars, events, and other lead generation programs across various channels.
  • Actively looks for new ways and channels to increase Airly presence in online and offline media.
  • Manages and collaborates with content writers and designers to ensure all deliverables are high-quality and delivered on time.


  • Define and implement inbound and outbound marketing strategy.
  • Define, manage, and execute marketing budget.
  • Self-start before hiring the rest of the marketing team.
  • Defines the lead generation funnel and KPIs for Lead->SQLs.
  • Build and grow predictable and high-quality traffic from organic, referral, social media, and other sources to the Airly website.


  • Always have the bottom of the funnel in mind.
  • Remember, we don’t want to attract anyone, we want to attract the right people through content.


  • Minimum 4 years of experience as head of marketing and min of 6 years in the marketing field.
  • Successfully implemented inbound marketing & email marketing automation campaigns (minimum 3 years).
  • Managed a team but also can work independently before the team is built.
  • Managed social media marketing across various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) (minimum 3 years).
  • Contributed to the process of writing, designing, developing, and launching lead-gen landing pages.
  • Fluent English (C1+ level).

Experience (not required): Hubspot / LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ Google Ads/ WordPress.

A bit about Airly:

Air pollution kills 7 million people each year and has been closely linked with exaccerbating everything from respiratory diseases, to dementia and infertility. Air pollution causes 12% of deaths globally and lost productivity equivalent to 4% of global GDP.

Airly has developed a proprietary air quality monitoring solutions so governments and businesses can diagnose air quality issues, identify actions to improve, and verify their progress.

We need to massively accelerate the deployment of hyper-local monitoring to protect public health, inform our actions and hold authorities to account.

Airly was founded by Wiktor (CEO), Aleksander and Misiek, three physics graduates and friends from AGH University in Poland.

Airly’s team is made up of 30 people, with the majority in the functions of product and technology (developing our proprietary integrated hardware-software solution) and growth (covering direct sales, partner-led sales, and public policy).
