In this role you will be responsible for:

• Support AP Accountants and Expense Team in setting up system configurations and resolving ongoing finance issues.

• Functional Setup configurations in Oracle Cloud, for example: creating Payment Process Profiles, updating expenses policies, ad-hoc running the processes

• Analyzing the requirements and deliver functional/technical solutions

• Reviewing the scope of Oracle quarterly upgrades, participating in System Integration Testing (SIT).

• Preparing and updating the technical documentation/SOPs

• Collaborate with a finance business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver quality and flexible solutions

• Take ownership of global projects, ensuring planning, execution and delivery.

• Strong financial systems support experience and experience in Oracle Cloud application usage and support

• Expertise in Accounts Payable and Expense Module and general working knowledge of other financial modules

• Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud and support projects

• Must have hands on configuration and support experience of Procurement module

• Experience in Oracle Cloud reporting, example: OTBI reports

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes/configuration across Oracle Cloud application

• Excellent English, communication and collaboration skills

We offer a hybrid position with at least 2 days in our office in Krakow.
