You must have a track record of doubling channel sales while selling premium-quality industrial MRO components through distribution in the EU.

Unibloc Hygienic Technologies, Inc. is a global leader in hygienic positive displacement pumps, AODD pumps, drum pumps, and other flow control products. We are based near Atlanta, GA and manufacture in the US, Germany and UK. Each of our three product lines has significant market potential in target industries throughout the EU including food, bakery, beverages, dairy, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, beef, pork, poultry, and industrial.

In addition to significant earning potential, you’ll have the satisfaction of company wide recognition for growing your territory, helping partners achieve their business goals, and seeing the product of your work in stores where you’ll encounter a wide range of products that you’ll help manufacturers produce more safely and efficiently.

You will double this existing ≈ €2MM territory by the end of 2026 by helping current partners sell more and by expanding our non-exclusive partner network with a particular focus on France, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Scandinavia and Switzerland. You must have both strategic planning skills to optimize regions, countries and industries, and superb tactical sales and channel management skills.

The ideal candidate will work remotely (ideally from France, Hungary, Netherlands, or Poland,) and travel >80% of the time. Most of your time will be spent with channel partners on joint sales calls, conducting product and market training, providing sales guidance, and planning for mutual success. You will be fluent in spoken and written English and your native tongue. Additional languages are a significant advantage. You will report to the Director of European Sales based in Germany.

You should have demonstrated expertise in consultative sales, building relationships, and selling value; independently and through channel partners. Your industrial product experience will include premium-priced components like ours, in markets with steep competition and 3-6 month sell cycles.

You should have strong business acumen and an understanding of business operations and procurement, including multi-departmental buying teams. The right candidate will be equally comfortable discussing process flow with production and process engineers, technical details with maintenance leaders, and operational considerations with management.

A successful candidate will earn >€200,000 in combined base (€60-80K) and bonuses, including up to €7,500 quarterly and an uncapped annual bonus - both based on revenue growth over prior year. An extraordinary performer can earn substantially more. Our benefits are competitive.
