We work with a high volume of customer data, that we need to ensure is accurate across systems for transfer of value reporting purposes, and to avoid privacy risks etc. As new initiatives get underway with the systems we support, and how data flows within these, we need to review and remediate as needed through these project workstreams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the meeting program through different systems and tools focused on meeting planning & contracting process. Identify and collaborate with business and technical teams to mitigate potential gaps in data flow & accuracy to ensure minimal risk of privacy breaches
• Support corrective actions required to ensure data accuracy across multiple source systems.
• Establish and maintain internal strategic partnerships with compliance, operational teams and technical teams to ensure cross-functional collaboration and accurate documentation
• Support with system development, bug fixes and technical enhancements, through creation of user stories, end user testing and engagement with key stakeholders across the SME and IT groups related to data.
• Support with Data Management across LMC/CMS, through the execution of requests in our internal platforms to support LMC/CMS business processes and TOV Disclosure requirements.
• Use SQL and/or DAX to transform raw data into relevant insights using Power BI.
• Analyze and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights to drive decision making.

What We're Looking For:

• Familiarity with SalesForce (the primary tool that the candidate would be working with initially) and Cvent (a nice to have)
• Familiarity with CRMs (i.e. much of the data that will be a focus is customer profile data, training records, consent records, sensitive personal information)
• Has worked with master data sources (i.e. purchased customer data, client managed data (such as project lists)
• Has completed data loads with sensitive personal information
• Has experiencing developing test protocols and executing the protocols
• Experience with project management or delivering as part of a global or regional project team
• Experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Working in an ambiguous environment of cross-functional team players doing unchartered work together
