We have open position for:

SOUTH-EAST POLAND / UKRAINE PROJECT MANAGER
WORKPLACE: KROSNO, POLAND

You will be responsible for:

• Planning, management, and implementation of projects executed in South-East Poland and Ukraine
• Coordination of international funds targeted on Ukraine rebuild and reconstruction
• Identification of investment areas, prioritizing the local energy independence needs and areas most impacted by the military conflict
• Planning and managing the customer negotiations, ensuring compliance of legal side of the implementation of the projects (including verification of quality and completeness of planning documentation)
• Engagement and recruitment of the technical execution personnel and sub-contractors
• Ensuring approvals from local authorities and compliance to the country rules and regulations
• Technical and administrative analyses of current and potential photovoltaic projects
• Business and legal support in the preparation of offers
• Business and legal support in application for the grants from international funds
• Proposing optimal actions and implementing them during project management
• Advising technical team in local regulations and business practices

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in consulting, preferred at international scale (Ukraine specifically)
• Experience in working with Western Europe commercial or NGO organizations
• Interest in the humanitarian efforts
• Very good knowledge of English and Ukrainian (Russian a plus)
• Experience in the independent implementation of non-complex projects, preparation of substantive scopes of offers and basic knowledge of application / tender processes
• Experience in conducting presentations and trainings
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Aability to work in a team as well as independent management of specific consulting products
• Highly developed communication skills
