Position Overview: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
The Sales & Business Development team at SprintlyWorks is composed of high-performing, analytical professionals committed to driving growth and building strong client relationships. As an SDR, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging prospective clients, setting the stage for impactful business conversations with senior executives. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership, develop consultative sales skills, and contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What Your Day Will Look Like
✅ Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage decision-makers in Fortune 2000 companies.
✅ Qualify inbound leads, ensuring a strong fit with SprintlyWorks' services.
✅ Book and schedule introductory meetings for the senior sales team.
✅ Research key industries, tracking market trends and identifying high-potential accounts.
✅ Develop personalized outreach strategies, adapting messaging based on client needs.
✅ Collaborate with marketing to refine sales collateral and improve lead conversion.
✅ Maintain a structured CRM process, tracking engagement and optimizing outreach efficiency.
✅ Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing insights on outreach effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to build rapport and drive conversations with senior decision-makers.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Passion for sales, consulting, and business development.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development is a plus.
