We supply Coca-Cola Frozen, Fanta Frozen, Tango Ice Blast, and Slushy Jack’s to industry leading customers across 14 countries. Due to our recent expansion, we are now seeking a fluent Polish & English-speaking Sales Development Manager in Poland.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sales Development Manager to drive the growth of our frozen drinks business across Poland. This pivotal role focuses on identifying market growth opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and leading initiatives that accelerate business development and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead in competitive markets, foster key relationships, and deliver sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritise new business opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels to expand our footprint in Poland.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners across Cinema, Leisure, Convenience, QSR.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Implementation and alignment with the company’s goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to the European Sales Director.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt European strategies for local markets.
  • Drive operational improvements in sales processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.

Key Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales and business development experience in the FMCG, food and beverage, or frozen drinks industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple market channels.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage regional travel demands.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
