Job Overview: We are currently looking for a proactive and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in implementing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in digital marketing, social media management, and client interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling and Email Campaigns: Engage with potential clients through phone calls and email outreach, manage follow-ups, and monitor campaign effectiveness.
  • Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and oversee social media content across various platforms. Monitor engagement levels and promptly respond to inquiries.
  • Content Creation: Design and create marketing materials such as graphics, blog posts, and promotional content.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and nurture client relationships, address their requirements, and provide updates on new services.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on marketing campaign performance. Offer insights and suggestions for enhancements.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine brand messaging and positioning to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, webinars, and trade shows to promote BlackHount's services and engage with industry professionals.
  • SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase web traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to drive business growth and increase market penetration.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials and support sales initiatives, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, and sales support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
