IT Compliance Specialist for Motion Information Systems (Maternity Cover)

Your role and responsibilities

Coordinate Internal Compliance activities (under supervision of Controls’ Operations Lead) across IS Procurement & Logistics Domain with main focus on ITGCs and security: Support Control Performers in the execution of IT General Controls & monitor performance quality Act as a first line of contact for Application Team and Control Performers/Owners in compliance related queries Execute Domain level controls and Reports’ logic testing in accordance to defined requirements Address, monitor and ensure the follow up on deficiencies and remediations Monitor and ensure adherence to internal compliance processes/frameworks Coordinate process & control walkthroughs and assessments Continuous review and update of processes and relevant documentation based on upcoming requirements from internal and external sources

Qualifications for the role

• Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) concepts, supported by practical experience in this area
• Understanding of compliance principles and IT processes (change management, user access management, security controls, project management)
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to independently draw and clearly present conclusions
• High motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
• At least intermediate Excel skills are required
• Multi-cultural working environment experience will be a plus
